When you install Google Chrome 64-bit version on a Windows 10 automatically the system install it in the folder of 32-bit programs. Is this a bug?

I consider the route "C:\Users\NameOfUser\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data" but Google Chrome also is installed in the 32-bit folder, aforementioned.
