Deactivate breakpoints does not work for event listener breakpoints

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.37 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a mouse click event breakpoint 2. Click the 'deactivate breakpoints' button 3. Mouse click in the page and the breakpoint is still hit. What is the expected behavior? All breakpoints deactivate when clicking 'deactivate breakpoints' What went wrong? Breakpoints from events are still active when breakpoints disabled. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.37 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.11.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
