What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MD
(2) Type something into the Omnibox and take a look at the results in the Dropdown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The icons in the Omnibox Dropdown are 2px too high (compared to Non-MD-Mode and Omnibox). They should be 2px lower to match the position in the Omnibox.
