Mobile Chrome is raising an error (code: 4) on tag video for src HLS

Chrome Version       : 49.0.2623.91

Other browsers tested:
     Safari: FAIL
    Firefox: FAIL
         IE: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open chrome in your mobile
(2) point it to http://jsfiddle.net/957dabgz/9/embedded/result/
(3) try to play the video (clicking on play)

What is the expected result?

No error being reported to "error" event, given that hls is supported by most of the androids.

What happens instead?

An error (code: 4, MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) was triggered.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I tested it with Nexus 4. (Android 5.1.1)

you can see the error by either: alert window or console.log.

e-tested same with Nexus4/5.1.1/ 49.0.2623.91 and not see any issue and video played as expected.

Could you please attach logs
To attach bugreport:

Android Settings > About Phone > Tap Build number 10 times, go back one screen, Developer options should be right above About phone.
Check the USB debugging the Take the bug report
