UTF-8 characters not displayed correctly on some sites

Reported by lucsan...@gmail.com, Mar 20 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 50.0.2656.0
URLs (if applicable) : http://dominospizza.es/
Other browsers tested:

    Firefox 45.0: OK
         IE 10: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chromium
(2) Load http://dominospizza.es/
(3) Some parts of UTF-8 text render correctly while others don't.

What is the expected result?

All UTF-8 text on the page should be correct.

What happens instead?

Some characters are correct and others are not.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This happens randomly on Spanish Web sites with UTf-8 characters, in some of them all characters are rendered correctly or incorrectly, while in others, such as the URL provided, parts of the page are correct and others are not.

System Configuration: Windows 7 SP1 on a laptop with 16 GB of RAM, Spanish language.

Screenshot attached.

It seems this was related to Windows fonts.I deleted all Helvetica fonts and the problem is fixed.
