Shockwave Flash

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. pogo.com play free games
2. freeform.go.com watch tv episodes
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
messages that Shockwave Flash plugin is not responding, and Adobe Flash is not installed or needs to update

What went wrong?
I have tried every suggestion i can find and the one's provided by the websites and nothing is permanent fix, 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

just want to know how to fix Shockwave Flash plug in problems in Chrome running windows 10 (PC)

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 [Pro] for Google Chrome Stable Version - 49.0.2623.87

@ccoonsgriffith: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations.

Unable to reproduce the issue by playing pogo.com free games.
Unable to play freeform.go.com as its not allowed outside US.
Added respective label to try it once from MTV.
