ServiceWorker caches are stored in wrong order

Reported by nekr.fab...@gmail.com, Mar 19 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://rawgit.com/NekR/sw-cache-options/master/tests/index.html
2. Open console

What is the expected behavior?
All polyfill tests should pass, platform test may fail (as it does in Stable)

What went wrong?
Some polyfill tests fails because entries in cache are stored in wrong order. Per spec, they should be stored in order they were passed to cache.

Did this work before? Yes Current Stable (My Chrome): Version 48.0.2564.116 (64-bit)

Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Didn't test in other versions, but it works in Stable and doesn't in Canary.

Okay, it passes now, sorry. Seems that it was broken some times are and was stored incorrectly in my browser. After removing and adding SW again it works.
Something weird happens.. It works when it's tested here: https://rawgit.com/NekR/sw-cache-options/master/tests/index.html
But fails when I test on localhost.
