Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an input[type="range"] element in HTML 2. Add a ::-webkit-slider-thumb element in CSS 3. Add a ::after element to the ::-webkit-slider-thumb element in CSS What is the expected behavior? I expect the ::after element to display. What went wrong? It does not display. Did this work before? Yes Chrome 46-48 Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 http://codepen.io/johndanielpray/pen/jqBNrj
