Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.falestinona.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Web Page 2. Scroll using Keyboard Arrow Keys 3. What is the expected behavior? scrolling the page normally What went wrong? the web page goes blank Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes worked normally on ole versions Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 this happens on multiple laptops not my laptop alone

the problem from Asp.Net WebForms menu control, after the menu had been replaced with jquery ui menu the problem fixed and no empty rendering occurs
