Create integration tests for suspend/resume

Suspend/resume are tests at a basic level in unit tests, but there really should be integration tests for this.

We should create hooks for suspend/resume and exercise them in at least media browser tests, across all of src/MSE/EME an before/during/after playback while paused/playing.
