Suggestions for improvement on Dark Theme on Chrome Deve tool. Are there any plans to make the dark theme work on a Webview for mobile device as well? 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At the moment it provides the dark theme for website, but would be great as well if webview works as well(When i plug Android device into laptop and chrome://inspect and open webview App)

What is the expected result?
The separated Deve tool window also have dark theme. 

What happens instead of that?
Clicking dev. settings does nothing.
