Password generation is offered on Wellsfargo sign in page

Version: Version 49.0.2623.87
OS: Mac OS 10.11.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://onlineservices.wellsfargo.com/auth/login/present
(2) Click in the password field. A generated password is offered.

What is the expected output? 
Since this is a sign in form, password generation should not trigger.

What do you see instead?
A generated password is offered.

I've turned off generation. I'll investigate what is the problem.
