Steps to reproduce:
The following code returns no entries when queried against Chrome 49:

        Intent queryIntent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_CREATE_SHORTCUT);
        List<ResolveInfo> candidates = mPackageManager.queryIntentActivities(queryIntent, PackageManager.GET_RESOLVED_FILTER);


Expected result:
In Chrome 48 and earlier, there were two entries: one for viewing bookmarks, one for visiting a bookmark.

Actual result:
No entries in Chrome 49.
