What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ->Click on Add new street address' and Now enter data for Name, Address, City, PIN code,State,Phone.
(2)Now go to "http://www.landsend.com/" -> Add any product to Bag -> click on "Checkout" button -> Now click on "Checkout As Guest" 
(3)Now double click on "First Name" field and observe the fields.(Please refer Video)

What is the expected output? 
Auto fill data should populate First Name data

What do you see instead?
Auto fill data not should populate First Name

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-27
