Non-Regression : Autofill data doesn't populate after clicking on any field in "JCP.com"

OS:Ubuntu 12.04,14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Launch chrome -> Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ->Click on 'Add new street address' and Now enter data for Name, Address, City, zip code,State,Phone.
(2)Now go to "JCP.com" -> Add any product to Bag -> click on "Checkout" button -> Now click on "Checkout As Guest" 
(3)Now double click on "First Name" field and observe the fields.(Please refer Video)

Note : Issue is not seen on Windows OS

Expected: Auto fill data should populate after clicking on any field.
Actual: Instead  Auto fill data doesn't populate after clicking on any field.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-22

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 51.0.2682.0

Hi thanks for reporting. This is due to the fact that Autofill now respects autocomplete="off" for non credit card forms. 

All the fields in the shipping form have the autocomplete attribute set to off. So it is WAI.
