Text is not seen in Hindi language in www.hindi.moneycontrol.com

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2681.0 2668bea689fd4a5ce07011903bca095aaf67bb07-refs/heads/master@{#381614} (32/64-bit)
OS: All (Win 7-Aero enabled)
Url : http://hindi.moneycontrol.com/stocks/cptmarket/compsearchnew.php?search_data=&cid=&mbsearch_str=&topsearch_type=1&search_str=abc&x=0&y=0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to above url and observe the text on the page

Actual : Text is not seen in Hindi language.
Expected : Text should be seen in Hindi language.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Note : Issue is not seen on other browsers like Mozilla Firefox.

Untriaging it so that it gets addressed.

Could you check the encoding from Chrome menu and display the page

Steps :
1.  go to chrome hotdog => More tools" => Encoding
2.  select  "Auto detect" or "Unicode (UTF-8)
3.  reload the page

Status: Unconfirmed (was: Untriaged)
Works fine in Chrome 51.0.2679.0 - Ubuntu 14.04/ 51.0.2680.0-Win7

On selecting Unicode (UTF-8) it is working as intended.
