failed to start app on Mac

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 48.0.2564.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue: I didn't try following browsers, but you may want to try
     Safari: 
    Firefox: 
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) uninstall remote desktop if one is installed
(2) install remote desktop
(3) go to Chrome Web Store
(4) search remote desktop and click one the item and pop up the detailed window
(5) click on "launch app" button
(6) two "get started" buttons are greyed and disabled.

What is the expected result?
"get started" buttons should be clickable and start the app

What happens instead?
they are disabled.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Chrome stable version 49.0.2623.87 on Windows 7, MAC 10.11.3 and ubuntu 14.04. All the buttons are active.

Note: From the screen shot it is clear that that you are not Signed in to chrome. This will be active only once you sign in to chrome.

Attached screen shot for reference.

Please update chrome to the latest stable available and try the same. Please update us with your observations.

I login and out, back and forth. I am in China now, it seems firewall may
also a reason?
