Improve BuiltBot status pages

Project Member Reported by cbruni@chromium.org, Mar 17 2016

Issue description

Our current buildbot status pages are not quite as readable as they could be.
With the recent changes of spreading out tasks over different bots it has sometimes become quite a challenge to see what is going on.

As a client of the buildbots I am mainly interested in 2 things:
1. What was the command that failed?
2. What was the build configuration? (aka. $GYP_DEFINES)

Looking at a status page, I see lots of information that is mostly irrelevant to me as a v8 developer[1].

As a first stage I suggest just making sure we see the GYP_DEFINES flags somewhere on the status page.

As an ultimate solution I wish we had the kind of output formatting travis[2] performs ;).

This is totally on my list. Not sure if I manage this quarter, but raising the prio might help.

I assume most of this should be covered by issue 605516 . Marking now as duplicate of issue 634246 for remaining improvements. Right now we show the gyp_defines or gn_args (dependent on how it was build) at every test failure:
