Chromebox Settings page should not display search results when searched for "touch"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect chromebox to external monitor.
(2) Open Settings page
(3) Search for "touch"

What is the expected output? 
Should not display any result

What do you see instead?
Shows result.

@michaelpg, any idea why this is happening? With MD Settings coming soon, it doesn't seem very urgent to fix.

Because touchpads. If you don't have a touchpad, I still don't think it's terrible to include Mouse as a result.
