Issue descriptionVersion: 48.0.2564.116 OS: 10.11 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://www.google.com (2) Click the lock icon in the location bar to reveal the security info dropdown (3) Click the lock again What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect the security info popover to disappear. Instead, the popover disappears and the reappears.

Thank you. Note to myself: see WebsiteSettingsUIBridge::Show() in chrome/browser/ui/cocoa/website_settings/website_settings_bubble_controller.mm ,called from LocationIconDecoration::OnMousePressed() in chrome/browser/ui/cocoa/location_bar/location_icon_decoration.mm.

spqchan@ - this is the bug I mentioned in our meeting today. This is filed against the page info dialog / lock decoration but I think it applies to all decorations.

Note: I can't reproduce this for the lock icon. However, I'm able to reproduce this for the various content settings icons you can get via https://permission.site
