Just wondering what the timeline is for adding the s390/s390x bots

I'm OOO now, getting back to it in a few days. I think we can add two builders now. More would need to wait for the blocking bug.

Just a FYI, our local xLinux simulation builds/tests of s390/s390x are running clean at the most recent commit: https://chromium.googlesource.com/v8/v8.git/+/99796f040b90704486d861778c33251b52d54792
