Right now, forcing a service worker reload is only possible in the sources panel sidebar. This is not a "direct" place to look for this functionality. You only know it exists once found and turned on, then the warning shows in the Resources panel that it is on in the Sources panel.

I recommend we add a toggle directly into the Resources panel as well. This way people can switch the setting in Sources when editing quickly or from within the Resources panel if they are already there and using an external editor.
