Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2681.0 2668bea689fd4a5ce07011903bca095aaf67bb07-refs/heads/master@{#381614} (32/64-bit) OS: All (Win 7 Aero-Enabled). Steps: 1. Lauch chrome and navigate to http://www.kohls.com/catalog/jewelry.jsp?CN=4294719765&N=4294719765+3000079323&icid=hpmf|mfs6 2. Click Inspect >> Dock it to right side >> Toggle to device mode and select 'Galaxy S5' 3. Scroll the web page in device mode and observe. Actual: Menu header of the web page flickers on scrolling in device mode. Expected: Menu header of web page should not flicker. This is a regression issue broken in M-49. I don't think this is a (recent) regression, I can repro even at r367281 which is the branch base for 49.0.2611.0. It seems related to the placement of position-fixed layers with fractional scroll offsets. The "Search" text in the header alternates between a pixel-aligned rendering and something fuzzier (see screenshots). Unfortunately I don't have time to dig into this further right now, so marking available.

I can still repro on Linux 53.0.2785.34, but only when the devtools zoom factor is greater than 100%. It's possible this is fixed by r408699, I'm double-checking. |
