Launch chrome and navigate to above url. 2. Click on 'Add app' and then click on 'Show detail' in the dialogue box. 3. Scrolldown the scrollbar and observe. Actual: Content of the collapse overlay is not proper . Expected: Content should be properly viewed. As with issue 584254 this is likely a side effect of pushing more data into this dialog than it was originally designed to handle and breaking the UI as a result. It looks like the "Hide details" button shouldn't be inside the scroll view. I wish we could just switch to the Views version of this dialog instead of trying to patch the XIB version.

Removing milestone as I'm not likely going to get to this by the M-51 branchpoint. The UI glitch is minor.
