Text continuation is missing for Video URL in www.facebook.com

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2681.0 (Official Build)2668bea689fd4a5ce07011903bca095aaf67bb07-refs/heads/master@{#381614} 32/64-bit.
OS: All(Win 7-Aero enabled).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and login to www.facebook.com with valid credentials.
2. Rt. click on any video to open context menu, click on 'Show video URL' option and observe.

Text continuation is missing for video URL in textbox.
Text continuation should be seen for video URL in textbox.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series.

This is intentional behavior. INPUT doesn't show ellipsis when it has focus.
