Unable to type characters in search field in www.olx.pl page.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to www.olx.pl.
2. Click on the link "wersja pelna" at the bottom of the page.
3. Try to input characters in search field

What is the expected behavior?
User should be able to enter text properly.

What went wrong?
something is blocking user input.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0

Website bug.  Also effectively impossible to use this search box on Firefox for Android (although the characters appear in FF, they become part of the gray placeholder text there and are cleared when you search).  The site is likely developed using brittle JS that expects key events (and note that this is only the desktop site, the mobile site works fine).
