Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open PlayStore 2. Search, download and install "OneShot" to take screen capture (Attachment : OneShot.png) 3. Open Chrome and go to Youtube(http://youtube.com) 4. Play video 5. Run "OneShot" app by touching the left side of screen What is the expected behavior? Video playback should be paused when taking screen capture during video playback. What went wrong? Video playback is not paused when taking screen capture during video playback. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 48 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 You can see the reproducible steps from the attachment "20160317_095607.mp4".

Chrome Android currently pauses by default videos when they are played in the background.

mlamouri@, can you clarify comment #7? seiyon.park@ complain video is NOT paused during taking screenshot. If they should be paused because they are in the background during taking screenshot, then this is a real bug.

As far as I can tell, Chrome *does* pause videos in the background. I don't know if the issue here is specific to OneShot or if it is specific to the build that was tested. I couldn't find the same app on the Play Store, do you have a link to it? Is it limited to some countries?

This is working as intended. When starting one shot from the notification, it actually shows an overlay on top of the Chrome activity. I would assume the activity is not hidden. +tedchoc@ FYI |
