Can't resume playback on Netflix

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8071.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2679.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8071.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel link

Example URL:
https://www.netflix.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Play video
2. Pause video
3. Navigate away from Netflix tab
4. Wait 5-10 minutes, navigate back and try to resume video

What is the expected behavior?
That unpausing via UI or spacebar starts the video again

What went wrong?
Video is unresponsive

Did this work before? Yes It last worked on: 51.0.2672.0

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2679.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 8071.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Workaround: Reloading the tab

what ChromeBook model are you using? I don't see it repro on my LINK ChromeBook.
