@Hector: We're removing 'EDIT' from the overflow menu for disabled passwords. Do you have a screenshot of how a disabled password looks today? 

Looks almost the same, just no "Show" icon in the password field.

what do we need to do for issue?

It seems like the visibility icon should just be hidden/disabled.

While it'd be great to make it clearer that the password is policy-controlled, that's a Pri-3 feature request since the existing UI doesn't do anything.

@hcarmona, is this fixed?

 Issue 598698  removed the ability to not show passwords in this UI. Created CL to remove dead code: http://crrev.com/2623573002

Marking as "WontFix" because issue is out of date. CL is just cleanup.
