Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Platform: 7834.60.0 (= Official Build) stable-channel parrot Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Login to ChromeOS using guest mode. 2. Download a file. 3. Open the Files, app right click the file and select "Zip". 4. Double click on the resulting Zip file. What is the expected behavior? The resulting ZIP file should mount and allow access to the files inside What went wrong? A message about a file not support by ChromeOS comes up WebStore page: Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.95 Channel: stable OS Version: 7834.60.0 Flash Version: 21.0.0.182-r1 This is probably related to bug # 453153 but the behavior should be consistent - if unzipping is not allowed, then zipping should not be allowed. Disabling the new style ZIP manager in "chrome://flags" allows access to ZIP files.

Observed this issue on M65 build (10278.0.0 / 65.0.3299.0). Unable to open a zip file from Downloads or External drive folder. But zip operation is possible in both the folders of Files app.

With the release of unzipping capabilities via Zip Unpacker in M65, this should be resolved. markada@ - Can you test on the latest M65 build?
