I've seen this more than a couple of times in the last few days. Refreshing fixes the problem.

This is in the affected range for issue #593963, yeah. That refreshing fixes it is consistent too. If you update to 2679.0 or later, does it go away?
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
I'm going to assume it will, and reopen if it doesn't.
