Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: hangouts Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Allow your camera to used when entering 2. Click on the camera button in the upper right of the url bar 3. Change from allow to block What is the expected behavior? The browser should give a notification like when changing permission with the lock button in the upper right of the url. What went wrong? My camera though blocked remained on and no notification of the change was given Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I guess the right thing to do is to trigger the infobar to reload the page, like changing permissions with the origin info bubble currently does.

This is by design, it only grants permission for the next getUserMedia request. Any ongoing MediaStream will continue. There has been talks about changing the UI for this for a long time but last I heard it's still not decided on how it should work. Also there is text that indicates this already, see attached screenshot. I'm closing this for now since I believe the redesign will involve so much more than just this particular case.
