sebsg@, can you take a look at why this test is flaky on Chrome OS?

Maybe it should be disabled like it is on Mac OS.

Looks like this test has been flaky since at least Feb 18, so I'm disabling it on ChromeOS for now.

Fix and re-enable AutofillInteractiveTest.OnSelectOptionFromDatalist

This test fixes the expected value after Chrome's behavior has changed in
http://crrev.com/83662a2 to select the first item on ARROW_DOWN.

Besides this, it re-enables the test on all platforms hoping that
http://crrev.com/61c69074 has fixed the flakiness.
