Precondition:
1. Additional webcam device should be connected to Chrome Book.

Steps:
1. Sign into "https://hangouts.google.com/"
1. Establish a Hangout Video Call between two users
2. Goto Hangout Video Call settings in top right cornor.
3. Only camera switch option is displayed and click on switch option.

Actual Result:
Unable to switch to camera device connected.

Note: I rebooted the chrome book after the Camera device connected, but the issue remains same.

Expected Result:
User should be able to switch to camera device connected through switch option or options in the settings.
