Memory.Stats.Win.* have wrong values

Issue description

The Memory.Stats.Win.* histograms show a bimodal distribution with the vast majority of users having either < 1 MB of memory or > 32 GB of memory, and barely any between. This seems unlikely to me.

This is an issue with a unit mismatch (bytes, vs MB).

Fix on the way.
