What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome -> Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ->Click on 'Add new street address' enter data for name, address, city, zip code,State.
(2)Now go to above URL add any product to Wishlist and click on signin to continue -> Now click on "Buy"
(3)Click on "Add Credit or Debit card" Link -> Now Double click on "Address line" field and observe the fields.(Please refer "Actual_StateField Video")

Note: 1.In "Gap.com" Even "State" Dropdown is also filled by auto fill settings (Please refer "Expected_StateField Video")
2. Will soon Update Windows Behavior 

Expected: Along with the other fields State Dropdown should also be filled by auto fill settings.

Actual: "State" Dropdown is not  filled by auto fill settings
