Language name in space key in Japan input for Japanese vk or US vk not be localized

REPRO STEPS:
1.Create a new user with system language as Chinese Simplify
2.Switch to Japanese input(for Japanese keyboard /for US keyboard) 
3.Check its vk layout


ACTUAL RESULTS:
Language name in space key not be localized ,refers to screenshot

TC didn't translate Japanese word items into other languages except Japanese and English. 
Submit these word items to TC to request translation now.

yes, new keyboard do not have title in space bar, please help check the title in language menu.
