What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start a show playing in Netflix, on a touch-screen device.
(2) Use the Cast icon in the site to open the Media Router device picker.
(3) Tap on the chosen device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect that Netflix starts on the chosen device. Instead the device is highlighted, but nothing happens.  Tapping a second time starts Netflix on the device.
