What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.switch to hangouts app
2.tap minimize
3.

What is the expected result?
hangouts app minimizes to taskbar, main browser window shows up

What happens instead of that?
hangouts remains the foreground app. tested in keyboard mode and tablet mode.
