Fuzzy / granulated text / graphics in gmail only

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
chrome gmail

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to login page of google chrome
2. sign in - granulated text appears
3. click on an email thread

What is the expected behavior?
Clarity of text / graphics in gmail account within google chrome

What went wrong?
As soon as I go onto the login page the sign-in area is granulated - only that area. Once logged in text is clear. When I go into an email / email thread, text/ graphics are granulated / fuzzy. This only appears in gmail.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 [Pro] for Google Chrome Stable Version - 49.0.2623.87
