mus restarts need drm cleanup

Currently when mus crashes (very soon :-), the shell restarts it. In practice, this won't work as written because mus can't open and configure the display controller before the previous crashing mus has been completely cleaned up by the kernel.

We now have ash running the window-service, and we have no intention of making it restartable at the current time.
