It says Chrome is not properly shut down and chromium is not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. i have to unistall google chrome and download it again 
2.

What is the expected behavior?
it will be ok for a while but if i restart my pc there would be the same problem 

What went wrong?

Crashed report ID: i was not able to get it since i cant open chrome

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 for chrome stable version 49.0.2623.87. 

@kbcobarrubias: Could you please try a fresh installation by removing complete chrome and please update us accordingly
Hi,

I tried again to uninstall the google chrome but after i restart my pc the
problem occurs again
