Top margin causing content to align right instead of center

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 49.0.2623.87 (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : http://doc.akka.io/docs/akka/2.4.2/scala/stream/index.html Other browsers tested: Firefox Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: OK 45.0 IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to the website (2) (3) What is the expected result? The .main content should be centered What happens instead? It's right aligned or something Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. If you go to the debug tools and either change margin-top to -17px; or remove overflow: auto; it will display as expected.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7, MAC (10.11.3) & Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 49.0.2623.87 Screen-recording is attached. @psychicsurgeon: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations. Oh, that's interesting. It's reproducible if you zoom in (ctrl +). Any level other than 100% seems to reproduce. Even zoomed out it's reproducible. I'm on a Dell m3800. 3200x1600 resolution so I generally have to zoom in on most websites. I imagine there are plenty of other people that use zoom for various reasons.

Actually, 175% and 200% seem to work as well. But 250% breaks again.

The float for the logo is not properly cleared, at zoom levels where the height of it rounds up the main content is pushed over to the right accommodate the logo. Either clear the float or explicitly or reduce margin-top for .main to -17px from -18px. |
