console keeps history of ALL entered keys

Reported by helena.r...@gmail.com, Mar 16 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open console
2. enter anything
3. type the starting letter and the last thing entered is still there, even if you mistype something.

What is the expected behavior?
Revert it to how it was before, where it doesn't keep all entered keys and only shows what it knows like in previous versions.

What went wrong?
Console keeps record of EVERYTHING you enter in it.

Did this work before? Yes previous version

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I use the console a lot and this it is annoying to see a long list of values when I start entering in the console.
