Start typing a URL you have typed before What is the expected behavior? 1. It should auto complete the url in the omnibox What went wrong? 1. Instead, it shows suggessions, but doesn't auto complete 2. Additionally, sometimes, I have to type in http:// to get to hostnames which are resolvable using local DNS (go links) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.26 Channel: beta OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Fairly certain your "hostnames are resolvable via local DNS" is not a Chrome issue, but an issue with the extension that handles/intercepts such resolutions (name redacted in public bug, but it's the big green checkmark / black X to the right of the omnibox)

URL autocompletion behavior should not have changed meaningfully in M50. Please post the complete results from about:omnibox for problematic inputs with all three display checkboxes checked. Just copy and paste the text here, don't worry about how it will strip the formatting.
