Migrate ChromeOS data after switch to newer data format

Project Member Reported by qyears...@chromium.org, Mar 15 2016

Issue description

For example, move points from ChromeOSPerf/*/kraken/Total/Total to ChromeOSPerf/*/kraken/Total.

Keith, do you know which other tests we may want to move data for?

The ones I track so have found with difference are, there will be others.

ChromeOSPerf/*/speedometer/Total/Total to ChromeOSPerf/*/speedometer/Total
ChromeOSPerf/*/jetstream/Total/Total to ChromeOSPerf/*/jetstream/Total
ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/percentage_smooth/percentage_smooth to ChromeOSPerf/*/jetstream/percentage_smooth
ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/mean_frame_time/mean_frame_time to ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/mean_frame_time
ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/mean_input_event_latency/mean_input_event_latency to ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/mean_input_event_latency

Sorry copy paste third change should be

ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/percentage_smooth/percentage_smooth to ChromeOSPerf/*/smoothness.top_25_smooth/percentage_smooth
Excellent, thanks -- I just started the job for moving the kraken data; once the migrate-test-names-queue is done with that (https://console.developers.google.com/appengine/taskqueues?project=chromeperf&tab=PUSH) then I should start starting jobs for the others.
