Actual:

When an fsp uses the hasMore flag and streams results the progress indicator at the top of the files app stops when the first batch renders even though the results are still updating.

Expected:

The indicator should remain until all files are rendered and sorted.

Repro:

Get an FSP that batches and navigate to a large directory.
