wmatrix: Old releases appear to have no test results as default days_back is 7

Project Member Reported by sbasi@chromium.org, Mar 15 2016

Issue description

Status: Available (was: Untriaged)
Summary: wmatrix: Old releases appear to have no test results as default days_back is 7 (was: wmatrix missing guado_moblab testing for releases < 51)
Try adding &days_back=1000 to both queries (default is 7):

https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/platform/bvt?platforms=guado_moblab&hide_experimental=True&releases=51&days_back=1000
https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/platform/bvt?platforms=guado_moblab&hide_experimental=True&releases=50&days_back=1000

Yes, it's painful, and not really documented...

At the very least https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/platform/bvt?platforms=guado_moblab&hide_experimental=True&releases=50 should suggest increasing the number of days, when no result can be found.

At best we should have buttons to change that in the top bar.

Is there a change needed here? What's the hoped for future state?
