canvas width does not correspond with device width

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open device mode 
2. Set width to 800
3. Take a look at body width. Is greater than 800.

What is the expected behavior?
To be exactly 800,

What went wrong?
Body width is 980 for me.

Did this work before? Yes chrome 44 for sure

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.10.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

This is how mobile device works when you don't use meta viewport or @viewport css rule. Default body width is 980px.
