Switching video to fullscreen doesn't work on some old Android OS versions

Reported by pa...@yandex-team.ru, Mar 15 2016

Issue description

Device name: HTC One S

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 49.0.2623.47
OS: 4.1.1

URLs (if applicable): baskino.club

Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable):
When switching video currently playing to fullscreen mode, only blackscreen is shown, while audio is still playing. After switching back from fullscreen mode the video sometimes resumes correctly, sometimes the frame freezes. In older versions of Chrome there was a message popup "Couldn't play video" with OK button, but in 49.0.2623.47 nothing is shown, just black screen.
When repeatedly switching to fullscreen and back, the log is filling with spam error messages like:
03-15 17:01:05.720 12046-12542/? E/BufferQueue: [unnamed-12046-1] queueBuffer: slot 6 is not owned by the client (state=0)
or
03-15 17:05:45.803 13613-13613/? E/MediaPlayer: Error (1,-2147483648)

Full sample log is attached.

Our testers could reproduce the bug in YandexBrowser also on http://kino-klub.net/ HD players. The bug was observed also on the following phone models:
HTC One X S720e (Android 4.2.2), Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Android 4.1.2), Huawei Honor 3 (Android 4.2.2);

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open baskino.club
(2) Try to play any video (remember to skip the annoying ads)
(3) After the video starts playing switch to fullscreen mode
(4) Try repeatedly switching to/from fullscreen mode

Expected result:
Video plays correctly and is shown in fullscreen mode

Actual result:
Blackscreen in fullscreen mode, freezing frames after switching back.
